Greg, owner and pioneer in the Direct Response Industry with 30 years of experience, founded Allegro Response in 2008, emphasizing training as key to success. As the founder of Allegro and Direct Response Academy, his training programs have propelled Allegro to the forefront of Sales and Customer Service. Greg is committed to the continuous growth and optimization of Allegro’s staff. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and coaching basketball.

Isaac Dyck

GENERAL DIRECTOR

Isaac leads the Call Center office in Hermosillo with over 21 years of experience in customer service, sales, advertising, and marketing. He is dedicated to optimizing processes and believes in the core leadership principle: Maximum Effort to Improve.

Alejandra Gaspar

SERVICES MANAGER

Alejandra embodies our team's essence. Handling crucial internal and external communication, she listens to clients' needs, becoming their steadfast ally. With a decade of experience, she possesses deep industry insight. Alejandra's discipline, patience, and perseverance make her invaluable to both our company and clients. A travel enthusiast who has lived in New Zealand and visited over 20 countries, she enjoys exercise, Formula 1, and spending quality time with family and her two cats, Benito and Sury.

Cruz-Sain Solorzano

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Cruz, Allegro Response's Operations Manager, is our team's go-to executor. With over 17 years of experience, Cruz climbed from amateur sales agent to top performer, mastering call center operations along the way. He values assertive communication and ongoing improvement. Outside work, Cruz, a football enthusiast, enjoys growing his model car collection and spending quality time with family and his dog, Tara.

J.P. Nieblas

INTERACTIVE MANAGER

J.P. is our cyberwizard extraordinaire. Responsible for pioneering our AI technology, he's been immersed in technology since age 12, starting with video games. A self-taught cybersecurity expert with a knack for humor, J.P. has navigated various roles, from sales agent to IT manager. In his downtime, he indulges in chess, macro photography, and being quite a cat lover.

Benjamin Andrade

FINANCE MANAGER

Benjamin, Finance Manager at Allegro Response, is the longest serving member of the company, his 16 years of experience and service prove the quality of his commitment, hard work and dedication. A specialist in administration, billing and payroll, knows our business from A-Z, Benjamin defines himself as a fair, attentive and transparent professional. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and is a true lover of history and treasure hunting.

Lluvia Olea

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Lluvia is the HR manager at Allegro Response. The most fundamental thing in a company is human talent. An expert in recruitment and human resources management, Lluvia has 7 years of experience in the industry. Her passion for human relations, service and fair treatment, has made her one of the pieces that keeps the balance in our team. Lluvia enjoys spending time with her family, as well as being a mystery TV show lover.

Larry Márquez

IT MANAGER

Larry is our engineering guru. Passionate about technology since childhood, he excels in automating tasks with cutting-edge tools. With over 11 years' experience and a Systems Engineering degree, Larry adeptly solves technical issues and leads teams. Committed and dedicated, he brings passion to both client service and internal operations. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing the guitar and drums.
